update on injections.....

The dr ended up disagreeing with the procedure that was set up so hhe changed it. Got injections from c3 to c7. I have 5 big holes and its swollen and sore. It did help with shoulderblade pain but slowly creepin back already. Ugh. Not to mention its extremly sore to move now. But it didn't help upper neck nor headache. Dr said he can honestly say that they may not be able to help me. I go back in 2 weeks, they may use radio frequency to burn the nerves, but I researched that before and I'm not sure that's the way I wanna go. It says it hurts for up to 4 weeks and may not even help. I read that on internet?!. Oh what to do. I have yet to reach the acceptance stage. I feel hopeless right now. Every dr has a different opinion and no ones on the same page. I'm gonna send my info to tci, they contacted me back. So we'll see what they think. Hope everyone is well today.....Dana

So sorry the procedure didin't help.  Keep your persistance and you will find the right Dr. for you.  Wishing you the best for answers.  We know how flustrating this is, but we don't give up or give in to it either.  Best of luck for just today. At least the sun is shining in MI today :)

  AS I mentioned it could be the ins comp making u jump thru the hoops, not the Drs....

I'm set up for may 14 for radio frequency which they burn the nerves. Only temporary cause the nerves grow back and I'm not sure about having it done cause I could be in pain for 2-4 weeks after. If I need a fusion I wish they could just do it instead of goin thru these procedures. Ugh
