Not sure I can really add to what's already been said - you guys have helped me by giving me the comfort of knowing that I'm not the only one with this. Just the ability to talk to other people who understand what I'm talking about is so helpful.

We're a big Chiari Family :).

You have no idea (well maybe you do) - how comforting this forum is, to share and support and care with others who are experiencing much the same kind of thing. To be able to ask questions and get truthful friendly responses. No-one wants to be alone in something like this and this site is a "godsend" to us all

When I was dx'd I looked everywhere to find anything I could about Chiari. This forum has helped me by talking to others and by reading the posts. Hearing that others suffer from the same things is a comforting feeling. Don't get me wrong I wished none of us had this but to know there are others out there you don't feel so alone in this that's what I mean by comforting, You guys can understand when others don't...

It has been really good to talk with people who understand how I feel. This place has also been helpful to find info while trying to get through the hurdles of finding the right doc. I feel blessed to have such a place to go

This has really helped me to hear about everyone who is going through what I am.  This is also how I found out about the greatest doc, Dr. Oro, and became one of his patients.  Thank you!

Definitely, it took an MRI reading that said I had nothing and gave me the knowledge to follow up with a specialist in Chiari and decompression surgery.  I could have/ would have lived with the issues that I have and thought that it was me being crazy, getting old etc...

When I first diagnosed a year ago I felt so alone. When I found other people like me it helped alot just to know I wasn't the only one.
Thanx
