Head Fuzz/Sensation - do you feel like this?

I am still in the process of searching for answers about my symptoms, but I just was wondering if any of you have felt anything like this.... its getting worse for me each time it happens :(

So I call it head fuzz or a really intense sensation on the back of my head. At times it is sooo overwhelming that I almost feel like I am going to black out - like my vision starts getting dark around the edges. The feeling is so powerful that I just sit and stare and if someone asks me a question I usually just slowly shake my head that I can't respond. I have extremely slow cognition - can barely find words and talk super slow. Lately during this fuzz my legs basically stop working... it used to be I could walk but my knees would just buckle... but the last few days I wasn't able to push to walk up stairs and then I couldn't even stand. The intense sensation usually lasts for only a few minutes but there will be a low base line sensation that can be there for days.

I just don't know what this is... and its really starting to scare me... especially with the leg weakness. I had to take 3 days off work last week - luckily my boss is very flexible and understanding...

I get this as well, I am due to go for a Tilt Table Test in relation to what the doctors call Orthostatic hypotension. Coughing can also bring on this.
