Mace' update

Hello,& sorry it's been a while, Mace' has been quite a handful,we r home &hopefully for good. After a few hosp stays, Lots of DR.S apointments,a couple of scarey moments,like when her NS suggested its possible the bone from the fusion grew too much,causing more brain compression, so many trips to the ER due to her incision collapsing once she was so terrified refusing to go in till her NS was there, this was 1am,after she basically e-mailed & argued w/him &Dr.B is such a GREAT MAN,he assured her he would see her in the EARLY morn,she cried & begged him to come,he did,he met her in the parking lot of ER & escorted her in,&  a bowel movement which landed her in the hosp,Along w/having  CMI 1 her most recent Official Dx is  GERD,POTS, Vascular EDS,I myself have been struggling to make it through every day, I have a MRI sched for 2morrow,unfortunately my youngest has been having problems as well now,hoping I can get myself on the right path,so that I can get her the help she may aslo need. Brianna has a MRI.sched. next week. Praying for the strength to get done whats needed.

WOOOOW what a journey...ur story is so amzing to me.I am happy ur daughter has such a great mom and u found dr.oro.so amazing he came to help her really...I just hope things get calmer for u.may I ask what is vascular EDS? Keep us updated please and u r such a great example for us...love for ur family <3

Glad earing from you. I hope that it's going to get much better for Mace now that they figured out so much about her, and act promtly with the right approche. I hope you and your younger daughter are going to be well also. You all need a good vacation, where you could all take your time and relax.

So glad to hear from you and I'm hoping things are slowing down for you.  I know you have a lot to handle right now, but God only gives us what we can handle.  You are one strong individual.  Wanted to let you know not a day goes by that I don't have you in my prayers.  Here is to a better tomorrow.

  It sounds like u have been climbing a steep Mt.....I hope Mace is feeling better. How is ur Mom doing?

U have a MRI, is it to look for Chiari too?

  I was happy to get an update from u.....sorry it sounds like it has been such a struggle....

  And I am so glad Dr B was so accommodating for her....we all need that from our Drs......
