Make ur own Ice Pack ~~~

I just saw this and thought I would share....u can use dish liquid in a ziplock back as an ice pack....

Fill the ziplock bag halfway, and then double bag to avoid leaks...and place in freezer, the soap stays soft...u may want to wrap with a towel or light cloth so u do not have the plastic right on ur skin,....but they claim this works....'

Good idea--cheaper than peas, softer than cubes.  First one to try it, let us know.

Interesting...post surgery I got a washcloth wet, folded it in had then half again. Put it in a sandwich size ziploc bag and froze it. I liked it because the washcloth would like mold to my head...but I definitely want to try ur now!
