Muscle spasms

Did anyone get musle spasms after decompression surgery?

I too had some minimal spasms after surgery...I had much  worse prior that were accompanied  by pain.Charlie horse in my legs, my hands....feet....not fun.

I have had minimal twitching now.....as everyone else said ...we r healing and it will take time.

DD get them sometimes. NS told us it is everything just repairing it self. It is not extreme just every once in a while. She is only 3 weeks post op

Hi.  I am sorry to hear that but yes I did too and still do, mostly if I try to do too much and not ready. Time is the best medicine, they keep saying but hwat are the real warning signs I wonder?
