Hello. Did you get your staples removed yesterday? I am waiting to hear the progress of your recovery. Be very kind to your healing body - get as much rest as possible. Please keep current so we k ow about your progress and can encourage you on your recovery.

  Hi...I know it is so exciting to be pain free at this time....but remember sometimes it is the change surgery makes along with the pain meds that we feel ALL symptoms are gone...as we heal and start to do more some symptoms may return, for this reason DO NOT DO too much..still rest and take things slowly...hence my turtle on my avitar....slow and steady....so not rush things.

Well I am recovering and best part is my symptoms are GONE the pain is still here but i get staples out friday. I can move my leg again. Thanks for all the prayers and support

I am wondering, 4 days after your surgery, how you are feeling. Be very kind to yourself during your healing process. It is a sensitive time and paying mind to your surgeon's post-op instructions are so important. Keep watch for anything unusual like a new symptom or any leakage or pain from your incision site. Please let us know about your progress on a daily basis. I hope you are feeling comfortable.
