Shunt surgery failure? Need dr orlando area.

Shunt surgery 7/14 thoracic syringomyelia T7 thru T11, horrible torso pain after surgery , can't wear bra and no one can touch my back. I have saddle anesthesia  , loss of all sensation , loss of bowel and bladder, loss of feeling right leg and foot. Last week couldn't  move right toes . Called doctor he had no comment . Asked doctor questions at office last week he doesn't know ? Went to him only doctor insurance would let me see. Help !!! Does anyone know doctor In orlando fl that can help ?
