What do I do?

Inferior cerebellar tonsillar ectopia on my last MRI. For the past 2 yrs. I have had, pain in my neck and back, numbness tingling burning sensation on the right side of my face all the way into my right hand, witht the ocaasional double vision in my right eye. Also headaches, and tired all the time.
I have been sent to opthamologist, they tought it was vascular and orders a ultra sound of arteries.
The smptoms increase if I turn my head or any kind of up and down movement.

I should add I am a 62 yr old male. In april 2015 I had anterior c4-c6 fusion, followed by posterior c3-c6 fusion with instrumentation. In dec . 2017 an ortho surgeon ordered a ct scan with contrast. Doctor commented on an extremely high opening pressure. The doctor who ordered the scan literally told me that he does not pay attention to that.

You said he commented on a extremely high opening pressure. Did you have a spinal tap?
Yes I did in 2017. The orthopedic surgeon I was seeing at the time ordered a CT scan with contrast. The Doctor who did the tap was surprised how high my  pressure was and said it was above the normal. When I told the ortho surgeon about the high pressure he said he dosent pay attention to those.
Have you seen a neurologist yet?
yes, I saw a neurologist 16 months ago. She said to take this pill for headaches which I cannot take while I work because of the side effects. Yes I told her about that
My PC  referred me to a new neurologist to see at the end of the month. His office has recommmened a injection and PT. I told them I have had 2 Injections and I have been doing PT for 4 years, with no relief, actually the symptoms are getting worse.
