bad, bad day

I am sooo fatigue. I cant function and i have a headache. I feel as if im just here. Im soo weak. Anyone else have these days? I have major brain fog and iritated, ugh.

I think we all have these kind of days from time to time, at times like this you need support from ppl, this is often not forthcoming from our family and friends and it can be a difficult time but remember they do pass and you have ppl here who know just how you feel..
I have been on different meds and they help sometimes but don't solve the problem. I wish doctors would treat us as individuals, what may work for one may not work for others.

I feel you on the Neurontin.  When I told Dr. Tew that the Neurontin didn't work and made me feel like a zombie he just shook his head in agreement that it's not ever going to help.  At least that was the impression I got.  I told him how the Topamax and Neurontin made me feel like I had not emotions, expressions etc and that they just didn't seem to work for our issues.  That I was just tired and not "present."  I stopped taking it all.

Finally today a lil relief from a 3 day long headache. Neurontin def not working.

Something must be in the water as this was one of my worst weeks, hang in there everyone nice to know others feel my pain! Literally....for me as much as the neurotin helped for awhile I think it have me migraines! I hope you feel better!

P.s.i started to drink mate tea...its so healthy and it keeps me away from falling asleep all the time.its also delicious with milk!!!

Dana my symptom twin...i just feel always like that...plus my legs hurt me soo much.hang in there!!! I just wanted to give u an update on pots...i read it can get better after surgery,but obviously needs a lot of time...i think that pots is complicating ur situation and can have symptoms very similar to chiari.wish i could ease ur problems!!!

Chiari is life altering and the symptoms and severity cycle so that we can have highs and lows in pain levels....

  The best thing u can do when u hit a high pain cycle is to lay low, rest....

it seems the smallest of activities will drain all ur energy....as they say with the spoon theory to use ur spoons wisely....

Ugh! I am sorry you are dealing with all of this. Yes, I feel same way. I'm in too much pain to sleep but am exhausted! Feels like someone is hammering a nail into my surgical site and it feels like my brain is going to explode. I am a little irritable too.. I hate that most. I hate taking it out on my bf.. but he understands and is so good to me..

I pray you get some kind of relief soon my friend

I have been having those days every day. Today I fell asleep in the afternoon and if it wasn't for an appointment I probably wouldn't have woke up till 5.

ive been having a bad week same issue i find myself almost falling asleep as i drive sometimes but the thought that it will go away and better days will come keeps me going ;)

Bare, I just had one of those days....you can read it on the "any quick immediate relief for migraine" so I totally feel you.  I had to take a 2 hour nap and shut the world out.  I think you have kids so you may not be able to do that as easily as I can.  But totally understanding.  Hope it gets better.
