Good job. The irony is Fort Clinton would still be called Fort Arnold if Benedict Arnold never betrayed Washington. He betrayed Washington by selling West point. I got the information from History channel episodes about The Revolutionary War and Benedict Arnold history episodes.
I think I'll end my trivia questions now. Anyone want to try to ask some?
Fort Clinton was called Fort Arnold, but renamed Fort Clinton after Benedict Arnold betreyal.
Here's a tiny bit of info that will give help to finding the answer. The orginal name was fort Clinton it was changed to what and changed back to fort Clinton after what event.
Change in the question. What was Fort Clinton originally called during the revolutionary war and why was it renamed. (Fort Clinton was part of west Point that's where I messed up).
No answer. Oh well. You would think the fact that it was fifty fifty shot and the fact that I'm asking makes the answer obvious means that someone would have guessed. Oh well the answer is true, but my source is the same guy who told about the washington bribing voters. On the other hand a english teacher would know how to research information.
Next question moving to non president stuff but it still relates somehow.
What was West Point also called during the Revolutionary War (of course American) and to make it more interesting why isn't it still called that. At least try to answer one.
I woudn't know! Any one else mabye?

True or false Licoln committed adultery during his time in office.
Thomas Jefferson and John Adams
Name two presidents who died on the fourth of july (i'm thinking early presidents but I don't know if there were any others)
Answering my last question since no one has tried so far. Slaves. According to the author of Licoln's diary a novel Licoln was a abused child and when he saw the slaves being abused he believe he was one too. It might have been the reason he ended slavery.
Ironically it's not his speciality either. He taught English.
I'm sure your teacher knows a lot more than I....history not my specialty
Yeah but the only people allowed to vote owned land and weren't women. My teacher might be wrong on that part but there is no doubt he was the only president elected unanimously and he did it twice.
Hmmm not sure on that one ... There was no popular vote with Washington just electoral
Yep good job. One of my teachers told me that he won the votes by bribery.
Here's a hard one
who did Licoln feel like when he saw how they were treated?
