Hi...do not try to figure it out....call your Dr and be seen asap....just in case!
Panic disorders are just that when you feel panicked.....if you do not and feel relaxed except that you are having breathing issues which is scaring you...you need to see your Dr....
B4 my surgery I did get heart palps and breathing issues....and I was not panicked....since my surgery I have not had any of it.....
The best thing whenever you experience a breathing issues is talk with your Dr.
Let us know what you find out.
Thank you for the answer!
I have thems when I'm excited and afraid, for example in public transport and school. My neurosurgeons told me that it's not from chiari, so I went to my psychologist and she said that I have panic disorder and anxiety, but it's really uncomfortable sometimes so I did a ECG about 2 months ago and it was normal, my lungs are ok. Also, I was confused because of the chest pain on my left side and it gets worse when I bow down or make a fast move, so I went to a cardiologist and again he said it shouldn't be caused by chiari.
I'm a bit concerned because the breathing probs aren't going away but of course I just started going to psychological treatment
You will want to learn some calming exercises to help you when you are afraid and also look to why you feel that way and try to talk yourself to a calm state....you may be able to help yourself with this if it is not out of control.....
Look up ways to meditate as this too may help you when you feel anxiety or afraid.....
