I know it is very frustrating....hang in there, expect the ups and downs and do not let it get you down,,,,it is all "normal" and typically at 3 months post op many get depressed as some symptoms thought to be gone may resurface...not as strong as b4 or last as long but it is the nerves healing....and many will lessen in time...this is where keeping a journal helps as you can see when certain symptoms came back and when they leave.....you can measure your progress from the journal better then from how you are feeling....
Keep positive <3
Thank you I have been in physical therapy. It going OK just get frustrated with myself
I am almost 7 months post op and I had really horrible balance issues. There were some good days and a lot of bad days but over time my balance got a lot better. I still get dizzy and I'm definitely not 100% yet but Things are much better than they were. I did a few months of physical therapy because I was anxious to get my strength and coordination back. If it's available to you and your doctor thinks it's a good idea I would recommend giving it a try. Good luck and hang in there!
Yup,....it can seem like a roller coaster ride at times....just relax and take your time in doing daily activities....
Weather and what you do can affect how you feel....so be aware if you are doing too much your body will let you know.
