Yeah, I think occupational therapy is a good idea. Make sure wherever you go, that it's approved by your Doctor and stay away from Chiropractors

I went after I was injured at work when I hurt my back and my neck. I now have DDD in both places. i have 4 messed up discs in my neck. No Chiari but alot of the same symptoms. It did help me, but I could not get back to what I did before at my job. In fact the therapist called it quits for me when my neck went out during one of the exercises. Up until that point I believe I was getting stronger and I did learn a lot. Everyone is different. What helps some does not help others. I would not rule out giving it try. They may have some suggestions of everyday things that you do that maybe you could do in a different way to help you with your symptoms.

I did. not to go back to work but to go back to school. The help I received from my occupational therapist was tremendous. I will be able to go back to go school this semester and because of the occupational therapy I believe I will better able to go to school. I don't know if they will be able to help you the way they helped me but that is my experience
