support groups

i heard that there are support groups i was wondering if anyone knew of a site i can search for one in my area or does anyone know of one in the daytona beach fl area? thanks

they are only two chiari groups on there one 2 hours from where i live and one in new york a friend of mine said i should start one but i would never be good at something like that i have never been to any type of support group in my life i would have no clue what to do or where to begin
