Hi and welcome to the chiari forum.
It is possible that the head pains u feel is from teh chiari, however if that is ur only issue as of now, u may want to try to avoid things that trigger the pain and pain management......
How long since ur last MRI?...were u checked to see if u have a CSF blockage, overcrowding, tethered cord, DDD< stinosis, syrinx?
As ur symptoms increase ur ability to do what u want can get quite interuppted...neway, what u want to do is talk to ur parents and see about getting to a chiari specialist to get an eval as to where u r in ur chiari journey..
Glad to welcome u to our little family, sorry the reasons u had to seek us out,

Hello and welcome
What you're describing sounds very much like a typical Chiari headache...luckily you already know you have it..
If you have gone from basically no symptoms to having the ones mentioned then I would go see your DR about another scan to see if things have progressed.
Like Selma said, avoidance of triggers is the best advice but it is good to keep a close on on the progression.
Take care
Carolyn
thankyou i will be going to the doctors next week and hope to be booked in for another scan. x will update then
