6 year old urinate while laughing

I have a  6 year old son. he urinate while laughing. even he went to toilet 5 min back also. this is happen when he laugh out loud. this happen in play time. when he go to play ground. he say he cant manage when laughing.
Please help how can we control this.

If it is only when he laughs, then it should have something to do with his mouvements and muscles s' contractions. I think if you see a doctor, he will know what to do about that.

Hi there.  I am very sorry to hear this.  That must be embarrassing for him at his age!  I would absolutely talk to his doctor.  That would seem to be something to do with weak muscles.  I wouldn't know for sure but as he laughs, he is letting the muscles go lax.  I am not sure what would be required to solve this but definitely speak with a doctor.  good luck

yes he has issue during laughing only. all other time he manage him self. this issue is from start. we thought once he grownup the issue will be solved. but he say can't  control.

Hi, how long this situation has been going? Is it only under those specific circumstances that he urinates on him? Can he manage it apart from laughing loud and play ground?
