i hav a 3yr 3month old daughter for last 6 months i am noticing that.whenever i tell her to sleep or after a nap she join her both the hands a keep them between her thighs and then stresses so much that her body become stiff.her cheeks becomes red and breaths hard too.
i want to know what does this mean.and how would this effect her.

I agree with Mama.  I also agree it is nothing to be concerned about.  My 3 year old son pulls and tugs on himself in the bathtub.  There is no cause at all for worry.

She is exploring herself, this is a masturbatory action. Many of many kids do, including my niece. There are also many questions related to this subject on here.
