Eliminating in school

My 8 yr old son has had three accidents at school. Two of them were bowel movements and today he urinated in his pants. All of them have occured within the last 4 school days. He has never had a problem at all like this. I am very concerned about him as well as the school. I'm going to take him to see our family doctor but would like to hear any ideas on why this is happening.

A visit to the Doctor is a good idea, perhaps ask him if he gets bathroom breaks at school, sometimes children do not like to ask to go in front of their friends, ask the teacher to quietly remind him to go, this happens a lot ,children want to go and dont want to ask.Make sure he isnt upset by anything, no punishmenst for this it will cause more anxiety, find out why he is doing it ..Good luck
