I NEED HELP!!!!

My brother is only 16 yrs of age he is hanging out with his grandfather on the weekends while thru the week he stays with me and my husband for the summer..... Where his grandfather lives is in a small town in Iowa and he lives in a trailer park.   In this park a bunch of ppl even the person that owns the park had accused my 16 yr old brother (who by the way keeps to himself) of molesting his nephew!!!!!!!  A. he is autistic B. he doesnt have a nephew my husband and i dont have kids C. an adult said this about him to his grandfather...... What can i do to A stop this B retaliate against these adults or anything to make them feel sorry for what they did! isnt this against the law to do this or something to spread lies about this crap what can i do to help my little brother

Wait, are these people saying your brother molested HIS nephew or the nephew of the owner of the trailer park? If they're saying it was his own nephew and since you said you do not have kids, if the police get involved and realize you do not have children, you can say you want to file a report based on "slander." Which is basically: spreading incriminating lies of an individual.
