Mommy's with toddlers

My toddler has been acting real different lately, well now that I'm pregnant. He loves me, he hates me, he wants to sleep with me , then there's times he only wants to be with dad and gets mad if I get close to the dad, cranky , fuzzy ,cries so much. Is this happening to anyone? Is it because of the pregnancy or do I just have a bratty child Lol?

I truly believe it's because your pregnant! I'm 29 weeks and I have a 2 almost 3 year old and we have hard a hard time with her toi! Some days she's all about me and others she only wants her dad! We have lots of fits but also some very good days! I've know alot of people pregnant who have a hard time with their toddlers! It will get better I promise! It's a huge change for them as well we just try really hard to make extra time for her each alone and just be very patient with her! Hang in there!!

Yes, my family recognized this right away with my daughter, and everyone said I was having a boy because of her irritable behavior. And lo and behold. A boy! They are super close now.

it's ok Mommy. It's normal. I have seven children. One set of twins. Your toddler is jealous. Sometimes men get jealous of their own children when you show your children affection and tend to their needs, etc. Vice versa, mommies get jealous too. Just make sure you are letting him know that you love him just as much which I'm sure you tell him that. This is going to make him feel as though you have no plans of abandoning him once the baby come. I've been through this myself. I'm quite sure he's adorable and very loving and caring. You all are going to be alright.

I'm also in the same shoes. Handling spontaneous tantrums of my 15 month old boy. He is so loving at times and violent at other. I'm trying my best not to make him feel there is another one in my tummy though they have their intutions. It's amazing.
