Please help!

Last week my 12 year old son kissed and touched his 8 year old sister on her priviate. She told me and worried her bother would be in trouble. I confronted my son and he did admit to the accusations. He said he did'nt know why he did it and he was sorry. He has assured me it will never happen again, but I'am still very confused and I'am at a loss on what to do. My son does not date and has very few friends. The closest people to him are his sisters. I have been reading and a lot of people are saying this behavior is normal. I would like to get a professionals opinon. Again PLEASE HELP.........

I would up the supervision of your son with your daughters.  Tell him that without exception, he is not to touch his sisters like that again.  If he does, go immediately to a counselor.  good luck.

Children don't have the words to explain why they do thing like that. You handled it correctly. But it is normal curiousity for children. Keep an eye out. Hope it doesn't happen again.
