I forgot to add that I find it really hard to handle this behaviour,I try to walk away but usually end up shouting and getting stressed...then I feel guilty!!

Well, we are all human.  It is a good thing to try not to shout as this models the exact behavior you are trying to stop her from doing.  Practice some calming strategies yourself at these times.  Ignore her when she yells and tell her you'll talk when she is calm.  But don't let her get under your skin.  Stay in control as best you can.  I push my tongue to the roof of my mouth to stop myself from yelling.  peace and luck to you
