MEDICAL PROFESSIONAL
You need some support and guidance. Ask her pediatrician for a referral to a pediatric menatl health professional who can help you with some straightforward parenting plans. Also, it's imprtant to have your daughter evaluated for the presence of emotional disturbance. So don't try to manage this on your own.

I think your daughter and my daughter were twins separated at birth LOL!

Mine is almost 4 and starts each and every morning with a meltdown tantrum.  Not to mention at night as well.

I know my daughter uses it as manipulation.  It is like clockwork!   I can't even really take her out shopping because of the possibility of a meltdown.  And she is LOUD.  Blood curling loud.

Time outs, nothing works.  Ignoring just aggrevates the neighbours.  I am at a loss as well.  I have no idea what is going on.

I can completely empathize with you.  Have you checked into a disorder called ODD?  It is called Oppositional Defiance Disorder.  I am having my daughter checked out for that.  Her Pediatrician a year ago, said to see if she gets worse as she gets older.  Well, she isn't any better!

Maybe speak to your doctor about it.
