When you mention that the sperm count was zero. I'm assuming you mean that you have been diagnosed with azoospermia. This means that no sperm were present in the ejaculate. Now, this can be due to a problem with sperm production, or it can be due to a problem with the delivery of the sperm. Now, this is not my area of expertise, so beyond this I cannot guide you.  But the questions you want to ask your providers are:  Where does the problem reside (if this has been diagnosed): sperm production or sperm delivery. If it has not been diagnosed, that might be the next step in the process. Re: our forums, you'd do best to post the question with the Fertility/Infertility Forum, where experts in this area can respond.

It will depend on the particualr diagnosis. If you are sterile - that is, producing no sperm - you will not be able to impregnate your wife. But not all infertility problems are the same. So the two questions to ask the specilaist are: (1) Do you produce sperm? (2) Is there treatment for your condition?

There can be several reasons for male infertility. If your body produces no sperm at all this may well be a permanent condition. If your body produces a low number of sperm, this may be treated with hormones. So talk with the fertility expert and ask which condition you have. If your body does not produce semen, so you can achieve orgasm without any fluid produced, there is no remedy for that.

Doctor, thanks you very much for your above reply, my question is that as there any chance for me that i can pragnant my wife? or i can't on my all life.

plz reply me in brief.

Thanks in advance
