oral aversion in kid

my daughter is 6 yrs. old, doesn't eat solid food, most of the times food smell makes her vomit, she still eats baby cereal and mashed veg. only chew few foods, eats very little, i have to give her small food portions again and again to keep her healthy. she has nuts and eggs severe allergies. her face tells she get scared from food. she can only swallow when watching tv. or not paying attention to food. if she concentrate she can't eat.

Two useful interventions will be (a) evaluation by Speech/Language pathologist to investigate oral motor structure and function, and (b) Occupational Therapy Evaluation to investigate the possibility of any Sensory Integration problem.

i take her again and again to family doctor but i am not getting any help from there, now i am collecting info. from net and wants to show him hopefully he will guide me to the right doctor then

What sorts have evaluations have you undertaken thus far to address this condition?
