Married for 5 years, suddenly diagnosed with chlamydia?

I've been with my husband for 5 years now, I had a baby 2 years ago and was tested at the obgyn for any STDs and was negative. Now I'm pregnant with my second child and I just got a call saying I'm positive for chlamydia. I don't understand how this is possible. I had a blood transfusion with my first child, could that have anything to do with it?
