Hello and welcome to MedHelp's forums. Good for you for taking your health seriously and doing what you can.  That's really frustrating that your cholesterol went up though with a positive dietary change.  What were your sugar numbers? Did those improve with the decrease in carbs?  While the dietary changes you describe usually work for most people, there does seem to be a small subset of people that a low carb diet increases cholesterol.  Other things to eliminate are saturated fats, you can cook with olive oil, and replace fatty meat with lean. You can also increase your physical activity which will raise your HDL or good cholesterol that will then lower your total cholesterol numbers. https://www.mayoclinic.org/diseases-conditions/high-blood-cholesterol/in-depth/cholesterol/art-20045192.

Cholesterol is a tricky thing.  Many can control it naturally and here are some tips https://www.webmd.com/cholesterol-management/features/11-tips-to-cut-your-cholesterol-fast#1.  However, some can not.  This is when medication becomes a viable option.  Talk to your doctor, perhaps work with a nutritionist but do get your cholesterol AND sugar numbers under control for your best health.

My blood sugar was 6.01 3 months ago and after I went on low carb diet, I had a fasting blood glucose of 90. This is the first time I am having such increase in my cholestorol it’s normally in 180’s. I’m surprised because after I started eating carefully it went up....
Yes, it doesn't really make sense, does it?  I think you'll have to re evaluate what else you can add to the diet changes.  Statins also can be helpful when diet is not decreasing cholesterol (and ironically, a healthier diet is increasing it).  Please talk to your doctor for suggestions!  Let us know what they say.
