IT FASTING QUESTION LIPIDS

Hi-
I’m new here, and concerned regarding my latest results after IF (20 hours per day) since 3 month – Feel very good and lost weight!! BUT blood work shows the following ————- (40 + Male,)

Your LDL is high, it should be under 130 if you are otherwise healthy. Have you reviewed these results with your doctor yet? Normally your LDL level would warrant some medical intervention with meds, much depends on your other risk factors such as blood pressure, smoking, diabetes and family history.
