back pain

I have been told there is nothing that can be done for me. All the doctors can find is arthritis, degenerative bone disease, bulging disc--they say not bad enough for surgery--I have had injections, tests to determine if burning nerves would benefit me--determined it would not, physical therapy. In the past 14 months I have gone from working a full time job and a part time job, leading a very active life. Now I can not work, I am lucky if I am able to do laundry and cook. Everything, even the simpliest things hurt so bad.  Sometimes I am unable to get up from a sitting, laying or kneeling position without assistance. in the beginning most of the pain was in the very low back, right above the buttocks, now it is going all the way up to my shoulder blades. Sometimes it feels like it is stinging or a burning sensation. Sometimes extremely tender to touch.  Any input appreciated. Thanks

I have seen too many neurologists and everyone of them say I don't see why you back or feet hurt.
Go see a podiatrist and make sure it isn't your feet - it isn't. He says it's nerves in my feet
My PM said we need to know why you are in so much back pain so I go see another neuro who says, I don't see anything wrong. You hurt because you aren't exercising but he never said anything about this half a screw sticking out of my S1 and one Neuro said it was too close to my common illiac vein when I exercise blood returning to the heart from leg with obstructed and must be moved.
No one has moved it yet
I get another new drug the 21st. Hope it actually kills some of the pain some where

This is my first time here at this group, just joined and was wondering if any relief has been found in your situation.  You sound just like me, mostly because the doctors have told me that I will have to learn to live with the pain for the time being.
