I am not depressed but very tired

I am 28 year old man, I am a mail carrier so my job is pretty physical but I like it.. I have fatigue in the morning before I go to work, and I have muscle pain and joint pain.. But when I start working I goes away, but I have a bad right knee so I have some pain in there.. On my days off I have more fatigue and muscle and joint soreness, and I am restless.. I don't have any social life right now, I have just started the mail carrier job and I work a lot but I also am trying to pass my probation so I really focus on this job because I want this as my career... I was wondering that CFS is more of a mental illness than a physical.. because maybe the body is always in a stress mode, so it prevents you from relaxing.. I also clench my jaw a lot and also my eyes hurt, and I always have a frown on my face.. is there any remedies that people do or use to help relax, so I could feel fresh someday?
