It is common for patients to have pulmonary nodules detected 0n CT. Follow-up is based on Fleischner Society guidelines (if age greater than 35 years old and no history of cancer). Your pulmonary nodules are tiny. If low risk for lung cancer, no follow-up is necessary. If high risk for lung cancer (e.g., history of smoking), consider follow-up CT chest in 12 months.

Hello and welcome to MedHelp's forums.  We appreciate your question and apologize for any delay in receiving an answer.  Lung nodules are vey common with 1 out of every 4 CT scns showing them and 90 percent of the time they are benign.  Yours are small.  Are you a smoker? Here is some general information. https://www.nationaljewish.org/conditions/lung-nodules

We also urge you to speak to your doctor for an analysis of your test findings.  Let us know how you are doing.
