Pain in Back, Neck, Head, and everywhere else

Hi, I am 20 years old and have quite a few issues.  I have degeneration and arthritis in my lower back as well as scoliosis.  My neck is straight now due to muscle spasms and I get spasms in my legs as well.  I have had chronic headaches for three and a half years and it has been recently thought that they are caused by TMJ.  The specialist I saw for the TMJ diagnosis, which hasn't been confirmed, said that it is possible that the problems I am having with my jaw and head could be related to the muscle and joint problems I have been plagued with.  I'd really like to know if there is something that could explain these problems.  It's only been the last 2 years or so that things have really gotten bad.  Prior to that, I had been quite healthy (other than the headaches).  Things have just gotten so bad so quick it is scaring me.  Is there some cause of these musclular and skeletal issues that are affecting me now?

I have had MRIs for my head, neck, and back.  The two head MRIs was clear, they didn't show anything out of the ordinary.  The MRI of my neck didn't show much other than that I didn't have a curve anymore.  The back MRI I had was of my lumbar spine and it was the only one that showed anything abnormal.  I have degeneration and arthritis.  The thing that worries me is that I have started having more pain in my knees and my left arm is giving me issues now as well.

I had been heavy for most of my life and had LapBand surgery on June 24, 2008 and have lost over 70 pounds.  I thought that getting all that weight off would help the problems...they have only gotten worse.  I am just so confused and freaked out.
