a 71 yrs old male patient DM; long standing insulin, stable ischemic heart disease, with a history of open cholecystitis complicated with fulminant biliary peritonitis on 2006, found to have liver cirrhosis, grade 1 esophageal variese by endoscopy, multiple liver masses mainly in the left lobe detected by CT abdomen & abdominal US, biggest of almost 5 cm in diameter. platelets count of 50000 imprved to 130000,NO local and\ or intraperitoneal lymp node spread detected by CT or abdominal US.
WHAT IS BEST MODALITY OF TREATMENT???
