Inner thigh pain?

I have this pain in my inner thigh. I thought it a muscle sprain at first and it would come and go but the last few days it has gotten worse and has made me limp a bit

The last time I did labs, they were all in the normal range except for INR that was a little high and my platelets remain at 80, which, is not great but is not life threatening

I'm worried that I may have a problem with my kidneys? Has anyone else gone through this?

I did have kidney stones once that sent me to the ER but was over in a few days

I left a message for my doc but wonder if I am just being paranoid, just part of the aging process or ?
