Mild hepatomegely noted with mild edemetous echopattern 8 months ago.

Hi all friends. I had n episode of fewer chills vomiting n diarea and after the sonography revealed coarse echotecture with mild hepatomegely noted with mild edemetous echopattern 8 months ago.n now the other us shows intrahepatic biliary calculi or old healed granula. Every blood reports were normal but then my sgpt elevated to 58 as of normal 40.n my prothrombin time turned to 18.4 sec n inr 1.45 n prothrombin ratio to 1.40......plz how serious this is n what precaution n medicine should i take.i have abstained alcohol since 8 months.

You should discuss this with your doctor who ordered the tests. See a liver specialist. You have an enlarged liver and a coarse surface. A healthy liver is smooth.

I have had cirrhosis for 10 years and my INR is 1.1
