Only a doctor can diagnose cirrhosis of the liver. Get an appointment with a gastroenterologist or hepatologist if you suspect that you may have advanced liver disease or cirrhosis of the liver.

Thank you for responding to my question
You can't determine cirrhosis via your blood serum work, it can only add a level of suspicion that would be used in addition to other tests. Your enzyme levels aren't alarming really, just towards the high end of normal or slightly elevated (you need to refer to your lab's reference levels for this). The A/G ratio is low however. Did you mistype this value? If not, then your globulin level is 6.25 which is well above a typical range of 2.3 to 3.5. This does indicate that something isn't normal and you should talk to your doctor.
