Behcets/Cancer of the Lymphm Nodes/Polycythemia Ruba Vera

Please bear with me on this - 6 of us in family, between 48-57 yrs of age.  Eldest has been diagnosed with Polycythemic Ruba Vera, I have been diagnosed with Bechets, the youngest has today been told he has Hodgkins Lymphoma.  Are these all linked in some way? Does any one out there have any knowledge to let me know. Any information/advice would be greatly appreciated.  Would it be worth mentioning the siblings medical condition to each others consultant?

Lymes disease or infectious Mycoplasma bacteria, such as Mycoplasma Fermentans-Incognitus.   research www.immed.org and look at topics for consideration that fit criteria.  Possibly chronic intracellular bacterial infections.
