unknown diagnosis.... looking for help interpreting results

i'm a 58YO male who has had consistent blood works results over the  past 18 months.  All results below are outside of the normal ranges (high or low as indicated).

elevated total WBC
elevated monocytes
elevated neutrophils
low lymphyocytes

elevated MPO
low IgG
low IgM
low total protein
high A/G ratio
low globulin

no visible signs of infection at all. weight loss of about 10% body weight over those 18 months.  Loss of muscle mass mostly. less energy but not too much.

any thoughts or ideas would be most welcome
any ideas?
