Fever reoccurring in every 5 hours

My wife is suffering from fever for last three days , she is having
Chills , headache, stomach ache and fever every 5 hours
After having paracetamol 650 fever comes down
And again it starts after hours
Have done cbp,malaria test , sgpt test and ultrasound abdomen
Test resultsall are normal. Her wbc count is 4700
Kindly tell me what is the fever and when will it come down
