I've been with congestion for five months and medicine does not work.

For the last five months, I've been with congestion, chest pain and shortness of breath. I've been wheezing a lot and I can't run a lap without wheezing for breath. I don't have asthma, or any health problem. Should I be worrried, and how could I relieve this?

Have you seen your doctor? This could be an allergy, a sinus infection, or a whole variety of other issues. Have you had covid? A lot of people who've had covid report symptoms like this after recovering, even if they didn't have them while they had covid.

I wouldn't be terribly concerned, but I would definitely see your doctor. Any symptoms that last this long, or include breathing difficulties, need to be checked.

Let us know what happens, and I hope you get some answers so you can feel better soon.
