Low body temperature

Ive suffered from low body temperature for 2 days now. From past 2 weeks I've been dealing with lots of other symptoms including severe sore throat, dry cough and nasal cogestion. It seemed as if once I recovered from one infection another came in. I've mainly recovered now, but since yesterday my body temperature seems very low 95.5 axillary and I'm experiencing dizziness and slight nausea in the evenings and before sleep. Yesterday I got so anxious because of it that I've barely slept. I don't know what to do. I'm worried because I don't even feel chills now I'm just plain cold. My normal temperature is usually in 98s.

I hope you checked in with your Primary Care doc! Sounds like your body was still struggling with recovering from the virus. Sometimes, a low body temp is normal right before bedtime, typical with females as they get tired at night. But if this was during the day, too, then you definitely needed to go to your doctor. That virus is still with you!
