I had similar I cant find anything about it on google .. I had waves of tiredness come over me, low back pain, feeling 'out of it ' came on after I had a head cold , but thats gone .

I would say you could have a bug or a virus if your fever dont go away in a aday or two i would see a do in the mean time drink plenty of fluids alot of oj and get plenty of rest
