same as me weight piled on then 6 months after baby lost it all i hate to skinny i prefer to have curves,still aiming for them
Ok, so dont laugh, but i was a 00 and got pregnant...haha...and im sure my hips have been expanding, so Ill probably go up a few sizes...LOL...Dont know if your wanting a baby though
eating is not always the answer,exercise and toning the muscles are the best way to increase your body size.
its not what you eat you also have to work out so i suggest your normal fruit and vege add more red meat to your diet and more carbs to your diet aswell. and go for walks for about 60 mins and then pump weights that will develop your muscl tone as well but if you have purposely stayed a size zero then i suggest you start eating food take aways and fruit and vege and carb and read meat eat the skin on the chicken
