Any ideas?

This morning i woke up to get ready for work , whilst i was in the bathroom my left leg was getting pins and needles and i felt very sick , i stood up washed my hands and the pins and needles hit my other foot and my fingers , my ears stopped working and the room began to spin , today i have been having awful hot and cold flushes and i have been sleeping 2 hour intervals throughout the day i hope i am doing the right thing by getting cool when hot and visa versa , is this a flu or something worse? i have never been immensly ill like this before , oh sore throat tickly cough blocked nose and a head that feels like it is made of iron , any ideas?

Have you been checked for Orthostatichypertension.  This is a condition that when getting up from rest or sitting position your blood pressure raises and then lowers.  It causes tingling headaches and nausia.
