41 male. Having slight pain in tailbone and pressure in anal region, especially whe. Sitting. Having lower abdomen discomfort. The discomfort seems somethings to go from my belly button and down. Also seem to fatigue easily, but that may be anxiety. Any ideas?

This is most likely unrelated to colon cancer.  https://www.webmd.com/colorectal-cancer/guide/understanding-colorectal-cancer-symptoms  The truth is, many have few if any symptoms early on. You don't state your age but a routine coloscopy would be a good idea if you are fifty or older or have a reason to be more high risk or symptoms that warrant increased scrutiny.  Let us know how you are doing now.  Best of health to you.
