Could it be colon cancer?

I'm and 18 year old female with a long history of cancer in my family. I have had constant diarrhoea for the past 5-6 months. I have also been feeling nauseous and I tire way to fast these days. I decided to go see a gastroenterologist a few days ago and he ordered a bunch of tests (CBC, LFT, Ttg EMA, plus a bunch of others I can't remember). They all came back normal except for my CBC, which showed anaemia and deficiency in almost everything else as well. I am scheduled for a colonoscopy and an endoscopy in a few days (needless to say, I am nervous). I feel silly asking this question but it's been on my mind for a while now, could it be cancer?
