Small specs of blood on tiolet paper, what could this be?

After a bowel movement, I wipe several times because it takes awhile for the stains to stop, I'd see a spec of blood it's very tiny like a period dot   .<=== like this. My bowel movements have been good, I eat a high fiber diet now, what could this be?

The most likely cause is internal hemorrhoids, which are painless unlike external (thrombosed). If you're under 40 years old with no familial history of colon cancer, I wouldn't worry to much. If it persists for more than a few weeks, it wouldn't hurt to consult a doctor just for the peace of mind.
