blood when going toilet

for a long time when i finish and wipe sometimes(not all the time it likes come and go) i see some bit of blood on the tissue , usually followed with a bit of pain so i thought its just might be a tiny cut or something that might have been the blood , today i had different experience , i had 0 pain , and quiet a lot of blood on the tissue , more bright then usual , googling lead me to ask it here , im really scared. (im 22y male , 73kg 161cm).
is it urgent to go doctor ? (i am living outside of my hometown and i be visitng my hometown in almost 3 weeks and it will be much easier to go doctor there , is it dangerous to wait ? )

Hello and welcome to MedHelp's forums.  Thank you for your question.  We recommend that you see your doctor as soon as possible.  There are multiple reasons for bleeding from the rectum with some being simply fissures or hemorrhoids to more serious conditions.   https://www.medicinenet.com/rectal_bleeding/symptoms.htm

Please read through this and let us know which matches your symptoms more accurately.  Again, we do recommend you see your doctor as soon as possible for evaluation.
