Since it would be highly unethical to test on pregnant women, the list of essential oils to avoid during pregnancy is based on knowledge of the general properties of each essential oil. If you are currently pregnant and have been using any of the “to be avoided” essential oils but are not experiencing any harmful effects, then there most likely is nothing wrong. However, it is strongly recommended to discontinue use of the “to be avoided” essential oils.

Andas Sinus Blend - Pre-measured packets contain a powdered blend of peppermint, eucalyptus and rosemary.  You pour the mix into hot water and use the steam to clear your sinsuses.  When I was little I was always told to heat a pot of water and put a towel over my head and breathe in the steam.  This is kind of the same thing but it says do not use if pregnant and I can't figure out why.
